Case Study : Fujairah Business Center, UAE
Easyflex KIC is proud to have supplied it’s products for the project – Fujairah Business Center, UAE. The huge business centre has a total built-up area of 96,400 sqm, with a 19-storey office tower, a hotel and apartment tower with amenities like a shopping mall, retail centre and parking space for over 670 vehicles.
The products supplied by Easyflex for this project include Stainless Steel Expansion Bellows, Inertia Bases, Anchors for Vertical Risers as well Seismic Wire Rope Systems for ducting and piping.
Easyflex supplied Stainless Steel Axial Expansion Bellows with Inner Sleeves and Control Rods. The sizes supplied were 300mm, 200mm and 150mm Diameter.
For 40mm Diameter, Easyflex Stainless Steel Braided hoses with male threaded ends was supplied.
For Ducting and Piping, Easyflex supplied its Seismic Wire Rope systems. The same was supplied for 65mm, 80mm, 100mm and 150mm Sprinkler Piping as well as ducting of various sizes. In addition to the product, Easyflex also provided all the Seismic Engineering Calculations for both the piping and the ducting.
A complete Seismic Engineering Report along with Anchor calculations was also provided for Rigid Seismic Support for the piping as well. The rigid seismic support was installed in locations where seismic wire rope systems could not be installed due to space constraint.
For Vertical Risers and Shafts, Easyflex All Directional Pipe Rise Anchors – models EFRAH 350 and EFRAH 200 were supplied.
Easyflex also supplied Inertia bases along with Spring Isolators of various sizes for this project.
