Easyflex-KIC introduced new isolator range designed primarily for mechanical equipment/plant installed in external, costal and other hostile environments where control of low frequency vibration and noise emitting from mechanical equipments / plants is of paramount importance.

Design Feature :

 

  1. Stainless steel housing and base plate, fully enclosed captive assembly protects spring.
  2. Nominal 25 mm deection hot dip galvanised (HDG) helical steel spring designed as per BS 1726 part1: 1987 with 50% overload capacity.
  3. Neoprene rubber lower spring housing eliminates the possibility of metallic continuity and ensures excellent acoustic performance.
 

Typical Applications :

 

  1. Axial/centrifugal fans.
  2. AHU’s, chillers, cooling towers.
  3. Rotary multi-cylinder compressors.
  4. Water distillation RO membrane assemblynits.
  5. DG sets.
  6. Isolation of sensitive equipments.
