Easyflex supplies Rectangular Metallic Bellow for Steel Plant

Easyflex is proud to have supplied four large sized metallic bellows to a renowned Steel plant in South India. The SS304 Rectangular Bellows which were supplied in two different sizes – 1800×1010 mm and 2192×910 mm with MS Fixed Flanges were successfully designed, manufactured and tested at our Greater Noida facility and shipped for a prominent steel plant in Karnataka.

The high quality custom-made expansion bellows were supplied with mild steel fixed flanges and shipping brackets.

The main design and construction details of these unit are:

• Application: Fan Suction and Discharge
• Design Pressure: 0.1 kg/cm 2
• Design Temperature: 250 °C
• Axial movement: ± 10 mm
• Lateral movement: ± 2 mm
• Total Number of Convolutions: 3
• Bellows: SS 304

 

The metallic bellows have been manufactured from high quality stainless steel which is suitable for high temperature up to 250°C application.
