Easyflex Hangers for Vibration Isolation of Ceiling Suspended Equipment

We offer a range of spring hangers, backed-up by the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure the right type of isolation hanger is supplied in order to meet your specific requirements. Our isolation hangers are designed to isolate noise in suspended ceiling systems or suspended equipment, piping or ductwork. We offer a comprehensive range of rubber, spring and a combination of both rubber and spring hangers, whereby every model has specific advantages across a broad range of applications. To assure stability, the spring element has a minimum lateral spring stiffness of 1.0 times the rated vertical stiffness. Our hangers will also allow support rod misalignment through a 30° arc without short-circuiting. Isolation casings/brackets will carry a 500% overload without failure.

In order to achieve better & improved results, a combination of steel springs and rubber elements can be used in the spring hangers for various applications. Encompassing of springs & rubber materials in the spring hanger provides maximum static deflection that enhances the efficiency of isolation. Our hangers cane used for isolating a wide range of equipment including fans, blowers, jet fans, AHU/FCU’s, piping and ductwork.
