The Philippine Bank of Communications Tower, more commonly known as PBCom Tower, is
an office skyscraper ranked officially as the second tallest building in the Philippines. It was
previously the tallest building in the Philippines, a title it held starting year 2000 until the completion
of Federal Land Tower in early 2017. It has a total ground to architectural top height of 259 metres
(850 ft), with 52 storeys including an 8-level radio tower


Easyflex is proud to have supplied Stainless Steel SS304 Reinforced Expansion Bellows with
Carbon Steel End Flanges to replace the existing Rubber Expansion Joints for Phase 1 of the
PBCOM Tower Project in Philippines.

The specifications of the Expansion Bellows supplied by Easyflex were as follows :
Design Pressure : 30kg/cm2
Design Temperature : 50°C
Axial Movement : ±25mm
Sizes Supplied : 125NB, 150NB, 200NB, 300NB in various lengths
The Easyflex Expansion Bellows have been successfully installed and operational at site.
